About Meditation for Busy Minds:
So you’ve heard about the mental and physical health benefits of meditation…but when you sit down and try to quiet your busy mind you find it’s impossible!
All you can think about while sitting there is how uncomfortable your lower back is…or how tight your shoulders are…or what to make for your next meal…or what your boss just said to you at work that day.
Yes, I’ve been there, too, and have been super frustrated with the idea of meditation.
This class is for the busy mind that wants the benefits of meditation but can’t seem to make it happen.
After classes people often say, what is this feeling..? Well, that’s you minus the layers of stress and anxiety, experiencing a quiet moment in your mind…finally!
Wear comfortable or yoga clothes as class includes some gentle yoga (+ guided meditation + seated meditation).
Learn + experience meditation in a supportive community of busy minded folks!

(This is a personal residence; come to the front door and the yoga studio is right next to this entrance!).
Feel free to utilize the driveway (especially when it’s raining!) or you can park anywhere on the street (we’re in a cul-de-sac).
What to Bring:
You do NOT need to bring a yoga mat or any props – we’ve got everything you’ll need!
There’s always hot tea to sip on, but feel free to bring some water for yourself if you’d like.
There is also a bathroom/changing room for your use.
