Peace and Ease

IN MY WORK AS A SPIRITUAL life and wellness coach, I
always have clients fill out an extensive intake form that
covers body, mind, heart, soul and spirit. And do you know
one of the main themes that comes up again and again as to
why people are seeking out this kind of coaching? It isn’t the
desire for some kind of elaborate plan to transform and
overhaul one’s entire life; it’s the simple but very real goal of
wanting to feel better.

Whether it’s stress and overwhelm, burnout and fatigue,
anxiety and agitation, or a lack of pleasure and fulfillment in
life that finally drives one to seek out support, everyone’s
got a valid reason for simply wanting to feel better. I think
there is a deeper part of us that knows that balance, peace
and joy aren’t just a “nice to have” in our lives, they are
essentials – in fact, they are our birthright.

A second theme that comes up again and again is wanting
some form of guidance for the journey, whether it’s a nudge
in the right direction, a way to honor beginning a new phase
of life, or simply a trusted voice for some accountability,
support, and someone to bring you back to your own wise
inner knowing when those other critical inner voices get a
little too loud.

So, this book, too, has a simple goal: to help you discover
that elusive sense of peace, joy and balance that has perhaps
gone missing from your life, guide you to awaken to the
deeper levels of your soul and spirit, and in the end, to
support you in simply feeling better.

About The Author

ANGELA KITTOCK has worked in the holistic healing field
for fifteen years and is the creator of Moondance Wellness
Coaching, where she seamlessly blends the realms of
spirituality, wellness and personal growth. She is passionate
about restoring balance to the individual as well as
collectively as a species here on Earth by re-integrating the
lost divine feminine, coming into right relationship with our
bodies and with nature, and utilizing the path of inner
transformation. Her own journey through disease and health
led her to become both client and coach, and she is a
dedicated teacher, healer, and guide for those who find
themselves on a similar path seeking better health, deeper
meaning, and an experience of peace, joy and a little magic
in life. She aligns her life and work by the Moondance motto:
“heal the soul and the body will follow; support the body so the
spirit has room to dance.”

Supporting her work as a Spiritual Life and Wellness Coach,
Angela is certified as a Yin Yoga Teacher, Holistic Nutrition
Consultant, Personality Profiler, is a trained Shamanic
Energy Healing Practitioner, and has degrees in Psychology
and Women’s Studies. Endlessly curious about systems for
self-understanding and personal growth, Angela has in
particular spent much time studying and training in the
Myers-Briggs system of personality and Jungian
Psychological Type.

For many years she has also facilitated experiential seasonal
workshops combining elements of Yin Yoga,
Mindfulness Meditation and Gongfu Tea Ceremony.
An avid tea drinker, she says she once saw her life purpose
summarized succinctly on the paper tag of a teabag: “lift
people up to their potential and higher self.”
Angela lives in Minnesota with her husband of eleven years
and their two beefy pitbull children, Franklin and Elanor.
